Hello, my name is Rhea Arora, I am 17 years old and I am a coder on team 17036. I have participated in FLL for three years and I was part of team 14498 three years ago. Outside of robotics, I play lacrosse, golf, dance, and play tennis. My hobbies are baking/singing. I look forward to next year's challenge.
Hello! My name is Zachary Blackman. I am 17 years old from Voorhees, NJ, and I started my robotics journey at the age of six. I am a senior at Eastern Regional High School in Voorhees, NJ. At school, I am a part of many clubs. My out-of-school hobbies include 3-D printing (which I picked up from Robotech), listening to music, hanging out with my friends, and playing vinyl records. At the age of six, I found Robotech at a mall show as they were presenting all of the different machines, robots, and Legos they used to teach young kids about STEAM. Right after, I joined. I am officially one of Robotech's longest current running members as I have been a member of the club for the last 11 years. Three years ago I was moved up to FTC and have enjoyed being a part of the team, making friends, and expanding my expertise in FTC, robotics, and design. This year, I plan to learn even more about 3-D design and building. I am the head designer on the team this year where I use Onshape to lead the CAD team to design the robot. I am excited for the next FTC season: DECODE™!
My name is Risha Shukla. I am 15 years old and a sophomore at Cherokee High School. This will be my fourth year in FTC. I am a programmer on 17036. This is my third year on this team. My rookie season was when I was on the 14498 Robotech Warriors during the PowerPlay season. I have also been on an FLL team called Donut Disturb and a VEX-IQ team. Outside of robotics I dance competitively, play tennis, perform in many musicals, and have been playing the violin for 7 years. This year I want to become better and more experienced in advanced programming techniques such as odometry. I am super excited about this year's season Decode!
My name is Sachin Awsare, and I am a builder and in charge of the business portion of the team. I am also a driver for 17036. Some activities I like to do outside of Robotics are swimming, running, and watching TV. I have been involved in robotics since I was little, whether that be making Legos or participating in competitions. In the past, I have competed in Vex IQ and Lego competitions. In Vex IQ, our team was able to make it to nationals. This season is my fourth year on the team. I enjoyed last year’s competition and I am hoping this year will be even better. I am looking forward to learning new things and competing in this year’s competition.
Hi! My name is Claire Li. I’m a 15 year old sophomore at Cherry Hill High School East, and I’m the programming captain of the team. I'm also learning computer-aided design and involved in our outreach efforts. I’ve been on Anomaly for 2 years, and this will be my 4th year in FTC. Previously, I participated in Lego and VexIQ robotics at Robotech. This season, I’m looking forward to diving deeper into programming by learning how to use camera vision in conjunction with the motion-profiling library PedroPathing. At school, I'm involved in DECA, Science Olympiad, and choir. In my free time, I like to program apps, sing, and try new foods. I’m really excited to head into Decode and see how Anomaly grows.
My name is Katherine Gao and I am 15 years old. I attend Cherry Hill High School East as a sophomore. A few of my hobbies are playing sports such as volleyball and soccer, making music whether it is with a whole orchestra, quartet, or just by myself, and painting. I am a part of the Cherry Hill High School East girls freshman soccer team & am a part of the orchestral auditioned group Symphony. Before FTC I participated in FLL and VEX, these experiences hooked me onto robotics and allowed me to join the FTC team. This year will be my 4rd year in FTC. I am currently a part of the Build and CAD team however I would like to look at the programming aspect of FTC this year. In the future, I still don’t know what I would like to become. However, being on this FTC team makes me want to pursue a career in STEAM. I am very excited for the game DECODE and I believe that the rest of my team is not only excited but ready to take on this game.
Hello! I’m Aarush Jain, a sophmore at Eastern Regional High School. I am primarily a programmer on the team, but I also like to contribute in other aspects such as building and outreach whenever possible. This year will be my second on the team, and I’m looking forward to incorporating camera vision into our robot this season. Previously, I had the opportunity to compete in the VEX Robotics World Championship for Full Volume, where our team earned 8th place in the divisional playoffs. I’m excited to see what Anomaly will unearth in Decode!
Hi, my name is Aadi, and I am a builder/CADer on the FTC team. I am 14 years old and I go to Cherokee High School. This is my second year on this team, and this year I strive to improve my skills in designing, fabricating, and 3D printing. Some activities I do outside robotics are tennis, hanging out with my friends, and playing with my dog. I started robotics at an early age, starting with Legos. Legos were my favorite toy to play with when I was young, but as I started to get older, I began to use more advanced equipment, such as VEX IQ. I did VEX IQ competitively for 3 years throughout middle school, and in my last year, I made it to the World Championships, which were held in Texas. Overall, we placed 8th in the divisional playoffs out of the hundreds that were there. After that, I was invited to the FTC team, which I happily accepted. I look forward to the many challenges and the competition this year, and I am excited for the new season.

This is my second year on the 17036 Anomaly team and I hope to be a good coder of the robot. Some activities I do outside of robotics are rock climbing, soccer, and hanging out with my friends. I look forward to all the work and challenges of the competition season this year.
Good Day, my name is Vraj Parikh, and I am from Marlton, New Jersey. I am in Cherokee High School and I am 15 years old. I am in 10th grade. I hope to be a good builder and CADer on the 17036 anomaly team, and this is my second year. I like karate, building things out of stuff, and coding in Python. I also like to play video games and watch TV while hanging out with my friends. I did Lego summer camps, and I have done a VEX competition. I hope it is a successful year for the 17036 anomaly team.
Hi! I’m Namish, and I’m a 16 year old junior at Cherry Hill High School East. I’m involved with coding and outreach, and I’m in charge of our engineering notebook/portfolio. I’ve been interested in robotics my whole life, and this is my second year on the team. Outside of robotics, I enjoy coding and music. Looking forward to a great year with DECODE™!
